1. Introduction

The Controller of personal data collected in accordance with this Policy is Sky High Ventures limited liability company with registered office in Poland in Warsaw (00-515) at ul. Zurawia 32/34 with Tax ID: PL7011196128, REGON: 528136297, registered in the District Court Warsaw – in Warsaw, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001095578. 2. Definitions

For the purpose of this Policy the following definitions apply:

1. Controller/ Sky High Ventures – means Sky High Ventures limited liability company, with registered office in Poland in Warsaw (00-515), at ul. Zurawia 32/34, with Tax ID: 7011196128, REGON: 528136297, registered in the District Court Warsaw in Warsaw, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001095578.

2. Personal data – means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, internet identifier or one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person.

3. Contact Form – means the form available on the Website that allows the Candidate to express interest in a given advertisement by sending Skillhire contact details and making them available to the Advertiser.

4. Advertisement Matching – means a service that consists in displaying and delivering Advertisements published on the Website to the Candidate, adjusted to the information provided by the Candidate as part of their Account.

5. Profile Matching – means a service that consists in providing Advertisers with Candidate Profiles in order to match them to Advertisements and send invitations for the recruitment process.

6. Newsletter – means an online newsletter sent systematically to Users who have given their consent.

7. Candidate – means a natural person who (i) expresses the will to become an employee and applies for a job on the Website or (ii) provides their contact details via the Contact Form or (iii) is redirected to the Advertiser’s website in order to apply for a job or (iv) creates an account on the Website.

8. Advertiser – means a natural person, a legal person or an organizational entity without legal personality running a business activity that expresses the will to employ an employee and submits a job advertisement or sets up an account on the Job Board.

9. Recommending Person – means a natural person who, via the Job Board, sends another person potentially interested in the advertisement published on the Job Board, information about this advertisement – the recommendation.

10. Recommended Person – means a natural person whose Recommending Person sends via Job Board information about the advertisement published on the Job Board.

11. Processing of Personal Data – means an operation or a set of operations performed on Personal Data or sets of Personal Data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, downloading, viewing, using, disclosing by sending, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying.

12. Terms and Conditions – means Term and Conditions for the rendering of electronic services within the Job Board maintained at www.skillhire.org.

I3. Regulation or GDPR – means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

14.  Job Board – means Internet service run by Skillhire at: www.skillhire.org

15. User, Users – means any person who uses the services offered by the Job Board.

16. Trusted Partners – entities which cooperate with the Controller and whose content is targeted at Users.

3. General rules

  1. Skillhire respects the right of Advertisers, Candidates, Recommending Persons and the Recommended Persons for privacy and personal data protection that are processed in accordance with GDPR and this Policy.


  2. Skillhire informs that it does not share with the Advertisers, Candidates, Recommending Persons or the Recommended Persons additional technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of Personal data transmitted electronically by unauthorized persons.

4. The scope of Personal data collection

  1. Skillhire makes every effort to ensure that Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable law and that it is protected against loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access or improper use. Skillhire guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided to it by taking effective security measures and protecting Personal Data. In case of suspicion that Personal data is not properly secured or if there is evidence of abuse, please contact us at the following e-mail address: privacy@skillhire.org.


  2. Each time, the purpose, scope and recipients of Personal Data processed by Skillhire arise from the consent of the User or the regulations of law and are further specified as a result of actions taken by the User on the Job Board or within other channels of communication with the User.

5. The purpose of Personal Data Processing – general provisions

1. Providing Personal Data is necessary to use the services of the Job Board, including creating an account and to use the offers of Advertisers. Each time the scope of personal data required to perform a given service is indicated in advance on the Job Board and in the Terms and Conditions. Not submitting data may result in the inability to use the services of the Job Board.

2. Possible purposes of collecting and processing Users’ Personal Data by Skillhire:
1. conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of Website services (e.g., account) and accepting and considering complaints:

i.The main purpose of the processing of Personal Data and other information by Skillhire is to maintain the Job Board, provide safe and guaranteed efficiency of services for Users and provide services. On the Job Board website, the User may create a User account by filling the registration form. If the User creates an account by filling the registration form, Skillhire will process the first and last name, telephone number and e-mail address which the User has entered in the form and the password.

ii.Except the data which providing has been marked as “obligatory”, providing other data is voluntary.

iii.The legal basis for processing is art. 6 section section 1 b GDPR (necessity to perform the contract for the provision of electronic services) or art. 6 section section 1 a GDPR (consent to use additional functionalities of the Website, including, among others, Profile Matching).

iv.In case the User has an account on the Job Board, the User’s data shall be processed during the time when the User will use the account, and in the event of its liquidation, expiration or termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services (regardless of the reason and basis of its termination), no longer, than it is necessary for the purpose of handling complaints and claims related to the use of services provided by Skillhire (statutory limitation period for claims).

2. performing financial settlements:

i.For the purpose of performing the financial settlements, Skillhire processes Users’ Personal Data to the extent necessary to make settlements, such as invoicing.

ii.The legal basis for the processing of Users’ Personal Data contained in the settlement documents is Article 6 par. 1 letter c GDPR (fulfilling the legal obligation of the Controller, e.g. invoicing).

iii.Data shall be processed under this scope until the day of limitation of claims under contracts concluded. In addition, all issued accounting documents, e.g. invoices, are included in the accounting records kept by Skillhire, therefore the Users’ data shall be processed under this scope for a period of time required by generally applicable law.

3.  security of claims:
In order to determine, settle and enforce claims, Skillhire may process

i. some of the Personal Data provided by the User, in particular the name and surname, contact details (e-mail address, telephone number), data concerning the use of Job Board’s services and other data that shall be necessary to prove the existence of the claim, its execution and defense against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities.

ii. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 par. 1 letter f GDPR, ie the legitimate interest of Skillhire. Data in this respect are processed for the statutory limitation period of claims.

iii. However, data processing shall only include their storage, with the exclusion of any other operations on these data, subject to different duties of Skillhire indicated in the applicable regulations or imposed on Skillhire by the authorized bodies.

4. creating statistics on the use of the Job Board’s website and profiling:

i. Skillhire monitors the quality of services it provides to fulfill the

ii. expectations of the Users. For this purpose, statistics of the use of particular functions and subpages of the Job Board are carried out by the use of internal analytical tools, as well as statistical tools provided by partners providing analytical services.

iii. The User of the Job Board can agree to processing their personal data for advertising purposes, market research and research on the behaviour and preference of the Users. The results of the research will be used in order to improve the quality of the services provided by the Job Board. The lack of agreement has no influence on the rights and obligations of the user.

iv. In order to accomplish this goal, data about User’s activity on the Job Board are processed (e.g. websites and subpages of the Job Board visited by the User, the amount of time spent on the website, the User’s IP address, location, device ID and data about the browser and operating system used by the User).

v. Analysis of online behavior will allow the Controller to understand the users’ habits and expectations better and to adapt to their needs and interests. Thanks to this technology, the Controller not only can present the User an advertisement tailored to him, but also among the available offers, present primarily those that best fulfill the needs of the User. The information collected and contained in cookies may be stored after the end of the browser session, which allows, for example, to use them during subsequent visits of the User.

vi. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 par. 1 letter f GDPR, ie the legitimate interest of Skillhire in facilitating the use of the services provided by Skillhire by electronic means for the Users and in improving the functionality of these services.

e. Marketing

i.The Controller processes Users’ Personal Data in order to carry out marketing activities, which may include:
● displaying to the Users marketing content corresponding to their interests (behavioral advertising);
● conducting other types of analytical and statistical activities as well as activities related to direct marketing of services (sending commercial information electronically).

ii. Detailed legal grounds for data processing in order to conduct marketing activities are indicated in the Cookies section.

f. Newsletter

i.The User may grant the Controller the consent to the processing of their Personal Data in the form of an e-mail address and telephone number for the purpose of direct marketing of the Controller’s services during and after the provision of services. Expressing consent to the processing of data is voluntary.

ii. Providing Personal Data is necessary for the User to receive the Newsletter. Failure to provide data results in the User’s inability to receive the Newsletter.

iii. Personal Data is necessary for the User to receive the Newsletter. Failure to provide data results in the User’s inability to receive the Newsletter.

iv. The User may unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter at any time by withdrawing their consent. For this purpose, it is enough to send information to contact details (e.g. e-mail) provided in X (2) of this Privacy Policy.

v. The legal basis for the sending of the Newsletter is the necessity of processing the data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR). In the case of optional data provided the legal basis for processing is the consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR), and in the case of sending marketing content to the User via the Newsletter, it is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in connection with the User’s consent to receive the Newsletter.

g. Competitions:

i.The Controller processes Users’ Personal Data, provided in the application form for participation in a given competition organized by Skillhire. The form indicates which information fields are required and which are voluntary to complete. The condition for registration of participation in a given competition organized by Skillhire is the complement of fields marked as required.

ii. The legal basis for data processing is the User’s consent to the processing of personal data (Art. 6(a) of the GDPR). If the User is the winner of a given competition, the Controller shall process User’s Personal Data also in order to fulfill his tax obligations related to the settlement of the prize (Article 6 par. 1 letter c of the GDPR).

iii. Detailed information on the Personal Data Processing are specified each time in the competitions’ regulations.

h. Communication:

i.The Controller may communicate with the User by means of system information, notifications, e-mail, messages in social media channels, chat tools on the Job Board website, by phone or conventionally via letters and parcels.

ii.The User may, at any time, contact the Controller directly by sending a relevant message in writing, by e-mail to the Controller’s address indicated at the beginning of the Policy, by telephone at the telephone number indicated at the beginning of the Policy and via chat tools on the Job Board.

iii.The Controller shall store the correspondence with the User for statistical purposes and for the best and quickest response to appearing inquiries, as well as in the scope of complaint settlements and possible decisions on administrative interventions in the indicated account. The addresses and data collected in this manner shall not be used for communication with the User for purposes other than execution of the order.

iv.When the User contacts the Controller in order to perform certain actions (eg submit a complaint), the Controller may ask the User again to provide data, including personal data, e.g. in the form of name, surname, e-mail address, etc., to confirm the identity of the User and allow return contact in a given case. The above applies to the same data, including personal data, which were previously provided by the User, and on which processing the User consented. Providing this data is not mandatory but may be necessary to perform actions or obtain information that shall interest the User.

6. Cookies

1. The Controller declares that they process the data regarding the connection of the Advertiser’s, Candidate’s, Referrer’s and Referred Person’s end devices with the technical infrastructure of the Website and use “Cookies”. This data is aggregate and anonymous – it does not contain features that identify specific natural persons.

2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files sent by Skillhire to Users’ end devices and stored there. Cookies can only be read by Skillhire.

3. During the User’s visit to the Website, data regarding the visit may be automatically collected, in the form of the domain name of the website from which the User was redirected to the Website, browser type, operating system type, IP address, User ID, other information transmitted via the http protocol. In addition, Skillhire may process operational data or information about the location of the device with which the Website is accessed.

4. Cookies allow Skillhire, among others, to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, improve the speed and security of using the Website pages, improve the functions used by the User and use marketing tools.

5. Please be informed that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website or prevent the use of the Website.

6. Skillhire declares that the use of cookies by Skillhire does not change the configuration of Users’ end devices or the software installed on their devices.

7. The Controller of personal data collected with Cookies is the Controller or their Trusted Partners.

8. The Controller uses necessary, performance, personalization, functionality and advertising Cookies.

9. The Controller uses the necessary Cookies mainly to provide Website Users with services and functionalities that they want to use. Necessary Cookies may be installed via the Website by the Controller. These cookies are necessary for the Website to function and cannot be turned off. They are usually set only in response to actions taken by the User and boil down to asking for services, such as setting privacy preferences, logging in or filling out forms. They also include the basic (not user-specific) visit count, which is needed for the provision of services by Skillhire.

You can set your browser to block or warn you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will then not work. These Cookies do not store any personal data of the User. The legal basis for data processing in connection with the use of necessary Cookies is the necessity to perform the Contract (Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR).

10. TheControllerusesfunctionalCookiestorememberandadapttheWebsitetothe User’s choices. These Cookies enable greater functionality and personalization of the services provided. They can be set up by Skillhire or by external suppliers whose services have been added to our websites. An example of such increased functionality is the chat available on the Website. If the User does not allow the use of these Cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly. The processing of data related to the use of functional Cookies requires the User’s consent. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time in the Website settings.

11. The Controller uses performance and personalization Cookies to obtain information on the number of visits and traffic sources on the Website. These files are processed in order to improve the performance of the Website, to develop, test and improve the services provided, and to test new products and functionalities, as well as to solve related problems. These files are aggregated and are not intended to determine the User’s identity. They help to determine which pages of the Website are the most and least popular. They also help to define the User’s behavior in order to provide them with relevant and personalized content. Such files may be installed through the Website by the Controller and by its partners. The legal basis for data processing in connection with the use of analytical Cookies is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR) consisting in ensuring the highest quality of services provided through the Website.

12. The Controller also uses advertising Cookies, which allow them to adjust the displayed content to the User’s interests through the Website. These files can be used to build a profile of the User’s interests and display relevant advertisements on other websites. They do not directly store personal data, but rely on the unique identification of the User’s browser and internet hardware. If the User does not allow the use of these Cookies, they experience less targeted advertising. Such files may be installed through the Website by the Controller and by its Trusted Partners. The legal basis for data processing in connection with the use of advertising Cookies is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR). Such consent may be withdrawn at any time in the Website settings.

13. TheControlleralsoprocessesthepersonaldataofUsersvisitingprofilesruninsocial media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord). This data is processed only in connection with maintaining a profile: to inform Users about the activity of Skillhire and to promote various types of events, services and products. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Controller is the consent of the User (Art. 6(1) (a) of GDPR)) .

15. The User may consent to the use of Cookies in Cookie Settings. By using the”Accept All” or “Customize” buttons, the User may grant appropriate consents and manage their preferences.

16. The User may withdraw the consent granted at anytime.

7. The purpose of Personal Data Processing – specific provisions

A. Advertiser – Personal Data Processing
1. Skillhire informs that it processes the Personal data of the Advertiser and his/her employees in the scope necessary to provide them with the service ordered including forwarding job applications.

2. The Advertiser or their employees may agree to the processing of their personal data: email address and phone number by Skillhire for the purposes of direct marketing of their services during and after the duration of the service provided. The consent is voluntary.

3. The consent granted by the Advertiser or their employees is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written note to the email address of Skillhire.

4. The data will not be disclosed to third persons with the exception of transferring the data to PayLane sp. z o.o. in the scope necessary to perform the payment service.

B. Candidate
1. Skillhire hereby declares that it processes the Candidate’s personal data to the extent necessary to handle the services provided, in particular maintaining their account on the Website, Advertisements Matching, Profiles Matching, and submitting job applications to the Advertiser.

2. Skillhire will process the following Personal Data of the Candidate:
a) data provided during registration/login on the Website, including logins via a social networking site, but only the data that is used for login/registration will be processed,
b) provided in the application form (name, surname, contact details: telephone number, e-mail address, link to the Github profile, link to the Linkedin profile, resume, message to the recruiter),
c) provided in the Contact Form (name, surname, e-mail address),
d) providedintheRecommendationform(name,surname,e-mailaddress),
e) saved in the Candidate’s Account: •
○ e-mail adress,
○ first name and last name,
○ address data: street, building number, apartment number, postal code, city,
○ preferred language of contact,
○ data saved in the Candidate’s Profile and in the CV Generator
• contact details (telephone number, link to github profile, link to linkedin profile, other links: e.g., portfolio, link to home page)
• data describing the profile (job sought, job location, expected salary, foreign languages, message to the recruiter, position, section “about me”, main specializations, experience, observed projects, soft skills, skills, education, training, certificates, hobbies, section “inspire me”, “bookshelf” section, “my playlist” section, “watching” section, year of birth, date of birth, home page, location)
○ data provided as part of the subscription to new advertisements in terms of generic preferences of the Candidate as to job advertisements,
○ data in the resume saved in the account (in particular: name and surname, contact details: e-mail address, telephone number, link to the Github profile, link to the Linkedin profile, other contact details: e.g., portfolio, link to the home page, information regarding experience, including professional titles and years of work in a given position as well as the mode and location of work, information on education, information on soft skills, skills in foreign languages, information on technical skills with potential experience levels, description of ongoing projects with links to projects, bio description, career summary, technology stack used with potential experience levels, preferences technology, completed courses with the dates of their implementation, a list of certificates with the dates of their acquisition, address of residence, age and other data indicated by the Candidate),

3. The data contained in the Candidate’s resume saved as part of the Account on the Website may be copied to the Candidate’s Account in order to better implement the Advertisement Matching and Profile Matching services.

4. The data saved in the Candidate’s Account (defined in section 2e) will be processed for the purpose of providing the Advertisement Matching service and the Profile Matching service. The Profile Matching service will be provided only if the Candidate agrees to it. As part of the Profile Matching service, Skillhire provides Advertisers with Profiles of Candidates in order to match them to Advertisements and a potential invitation for the recruitment process for the Advertisement. Acceptance means starting the process of applying for this Advertisement in accordance with the Regulations, as a result of which the Advertiser Profile along with their resume, contact details and data saved for the purpose of submitting the application are made available to the appropriate Advertiser and/or the Candidate is redirected to the Advertiser’s form.

5. The processing of the Candidate’s Personal Data will be finished by deleting them no later than 6 months from the date of submitting the job application or filling in the Contact Form. The backups containing the data are deleted within 365 days of the application submission.

6. Please be informed that sending the Candidate’s contact details via the Contact Form entails providing the Advertiser with the indicated personal data. The Advertiser to whom Skillhire provides the Candidates’ data submitted via the Contact Form or as part of Profile Matching, independently defines the purposes and methods of processing the provided data (the Advertiser is a separate Controller of these personal data of the Candidate), and therefore is obliged to present to the Candidate an information notice within one month from the date of receipt of its data. Processing Personal data regarding the account which Candidate fills out himself/herself will be terminated through permanent deletion at the time of deleting the account.

7. Also, please be informed that the Candidate’s sending job applications through the Website to the Advertiser may involve providing the Advertiser with all personal data of the Candidate included in the submitted application documents (including the image), as well as personal data and the information that the Candidate has published on their profile in the Website. The Controller of the submitted applications is the Advertiser, subject to paragraph 6.

8. TheAdvertisermayatanytimerestrictthevisibilityoftheirpersonaldatapublishedby them on the account by editing the profile visibility settings. In this case, the data marked as confidential will not be shared with the Advertiser

C. Recommending Person
In order to send a recommendation it is necessary to agree to the Processing of Personal data in the scope necessary to realise the provided services, including sending recommendations and the information on potential recommendations. The Personal data of the Recommending Person will be forwarded to the Advertiser and the Recommended Person that may have their seat or residency outside the European Union.

D. Recommended Person
1. Skillhire informs that it processes the Personal data of the Recommended Person in the scope necessary to provide the service of sending recommendations as well as the rights of the Recommending Person in the scope necessary to realise the provided services, including sending recommendations and the information on potential recommendations.

2. The Personal data of the Recommended Person will be forwarded to the Advertiser and the Recommending Person that may have their seat or residency outside the European Union.

3. The Recommended Person shall be immediately notified about processing their Personal data.

4. The Recommended Person has a right to submit a written justified demand to stop processing their personal data due to their specific situation or protest against forwarding their Personal data to another data Controller.

5. The personal data of the Referee will be processed for 3 months from closing the advertisement.

8. Possible recipients of Users' Personal Data

1. In addition to the entities indicated in Section VI of Policy, in order to maintain the User’s account, provide the ordered services and current support, the User’s data may be transferred for processing to specialised entities. The data may be shared in particular with:
1. IT service providers,
2. marketing agencies, marketing partners and suppliers of marketing platforms,
3. entities that process and coordinate the execution of payments,
4. cloud service providers,
5. service providers in the scope of data analysis,
6. consultants, lawyers, accountants and other professional service providers,
7. entities associated with the Controller personally and by capital, which help him to provide our services or perform data processing tasks on our behalf – where such entities process data on the basis of the contract concluded with the Controller and only in accordance with his instructions.

2. Based on the User’s voluntary consent to the processing of User’s Personal Data (personal data stored in Cookies on the User’s device and in its cache, including data provided in the browsing history and data collected during User’s activity on the Website and location data generated by the User’s device, for the purposes of marketing, including automated analysis of the User’s activity on websites in order to determine potential interests for ad customization, including placing internet markers on User’s devices and reading these markers) may also be shared with Trusted Partners. 3. The Controller also makes Users’ data available to authorized state authorities, if they turn to the Controller in connection with the tasks they perform. These may include, in particular, organizational units of the prosecutor’s office, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.

9. Transmission of data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area)

1. When the Controller uses tools supporting their ongoing business, personal data, if necessary and with an adequate level of protection, may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If such a situation occurs, the Personal Data will be transferred only to those recipients who guarantee the highest data protection and security by means of, among others,
1. use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission,
2. application of binding corporate rules approved by the competent supervisory authority,
3. cooperation with entities processing personal data in countries for which an appropriate decision of the European Commission has been issued regarding the assurance of an adequate level of protection of Personal Data.

2. The Controller’s Trusted Partners are usually based in the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in Switzerland, recognized as a country that meets an adequate level of personal data protection. Some of the Controller’s Trusted Partners, e.g. Google or Facebook, are based outside the EEA. In connection with the User’s transfer of data outside the EEA, the Controller verifies Trusted Partners to guarantee a high level of protection of personal data. Such guarantees result in particular from the obligation to use standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (EU), in accordance with the wording of Art. 46(2) of GDPR.

3. The User has the right to request that the Controller provide copies of standard contractual clauses by sending an inquiry to the following address: privacy@skillhire.org.

10. The period of storage of personal data

1. The Controller guarantees that Personal Data will be stored only for the time that is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.

2. The data will be stored as long as they are needed to provide services by Controller to Users, or to delete the account by the User depending on what occurred earlier.

3. The period of storage of Personal Data is determined individually and depends on the nature of the data, the reason for its collection and processing. After this time, the data is deleted or anonymized in such a way that it is impossible to determine the identity of the User.

4. Personal data will be processed until there is a basis for their processing, i.e.:
1. in the case of granting consent until its withdrawal, restriction or other actions on the part of the User limiting this consent,
2. in the case when the data is necessary for the performance of the contract, for the duration of its performance and until the limitation of claims under this contract expires (3 years or 6 years). The beginning of the period is counted from the date of maturity of the claim,
3. if the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller, until the User submits an effective objection,
4. for tax and accounting purposes to the extent and for a period consistent with applicable regulations.

11. Viewing and correcting of stored Personal Data

1. In relation to the processing of Personal Data by the Controller, the Users have the following rights:
1. the right to request access to, to rectify, delete or limit processing of Personal Data,
2. the right to object to the processing of Personal Data,
3. the right to transfer Personal Data,
4. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data for a specific purpose, if the User previously gave such consent,
5. the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in connection with the processing of the User’s Personal Data by the Controller.

2. Users may exercise the above mentioned rights in accordance with the rules described in art. 16 – 21 GDPR, by sending a message to the e-mail address: privacy@skillhire.org.

3. All received applications will be treated with special attention and implemented in the shortest possible time. In the case of some applications (of complex nature or concerning the processing of data subject to specific legal regulations) the execution time may be longer, however, in each case, within one month the User shall be informed about the actions taken by the Controller in order to complete the application. By providing answers and in order to ensure that the Controller properly implements the application, the Controller reserves the right to verify the User’s identity.

12. The risks associated with the use of services provided electronically

1. The Personal Data Controller wishes to inform Users that using services provided electronically at the time of inadequate care for the security of their data, they expose themselves to, among others, at risk of:
1. interference with User’s data of unauthorized persons, which may view, copy, modify and delete User’s data,
2. receiving unsolicited e-mail,
3. phishing of the User’s data,
4. interference by third parties in the transmission of information between the User’s system and the Controller’s system,
5. counterfeiting the protocols and security certificates.

2. In order to minimize above mentioned risks:
1. you should not give your password and login to anyone,
2. you should always use the current versions of the software, e.g. browser,

13. Security

1. The Controller uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of Personal Data processed in accordance with the risks and categories of data protected, in particular, protects data against unauthorized access, unauthorized removal, processing in violation of applicable laws and change, loss, damage or destruction, such as:
1. securing the set of data against the unauthorized access,
2. SSL certificate on the Job Board website, where users’ data are provided,
3. access to the account only after providing an individual login and password,
4. advanced authorization to the Advertiser’s Panel (token per URL),
5. encryption of data used for User’s authorization,
6. encryption of user files (CV, video) and database.

14. Final provisions

1. In matters related to this Privacy Policy please contact us at: privacy@skillhire.org.

2. Skillhire reserves the right to change the Policy in the future – this may happen, among others for the following important reasons:

1. changes in the binding provisions, in particular regarding the protection of Personal Data, telecommunications law, services provided electronically and regulating consumer rights, affecting the rights and obligations of the User;

2. development of functionalities or electronic services dictated by the progress of Internet technology, including the application / implementation of new technological or technical solutions affecting the scope of the Policy.

3. In case of change of the Policy, the new version shall be published on the website www.skillhire.org. The new version of the Privacy Policy enters into force on the day of its publication.

4. In case of any doubts or contradictions between the Policy and the consents granted by the User, regardless of the provisions of the Policy, the basis for taking and determining the scope of activities by the Controller are consents voluntarily granted by the User or provisions of law.

5. In the scope not regulated in the Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the mandatory provisions of law in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland shall apply.

6. The Privacy Policy was drawn up in three language versions: Polish, English and Hungarian. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish language version shall prevail.

7. The Polish court having jurisdiction over the Skillhire seat shall investigate any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, if the exclusive jurisdiction does not apply.

8. The Job Board may contain links to other websites. Skillhire advises that after going to other websites, you should read the privacy policy set out there, including the Advertiser’s privacy policy. This Policy applies only to the indicated activities of Skillhire.
