Warehouse Worker
The role
We are hiring Warehouse Workers for a leading ZARA clothing distribution center near Poznań. This role is open to men, women, and couples looking for stable employment in a modern, fast-paced logistics environment. The work involves collecting, packing, sorting, and preparing fashion goods for shipment. All employees receive initial training and an adaptation period, making it ideal even for those without prior warehouse experience.
What are we looking for
- Motivated individuals or couples ready for physical warehouse work;
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts across different times of the day;
- Basic scanner and manual trolley handling skills (training provided);
- Ability to maintain accuracy and speed to meet performance standards;
- Strong work ethic and availability for a 6-day work week.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in e-commerce, clothing, or logistics warehouses;
- Comfort working on your feet for long shifts;
- Good attention to detail and time management.
Your responsibilities
Collecting goods using a manual trolley and scanner;
Packing items and placing them on a conveyor belt;
Sorting products by size, type, or item name;
Maintaining workplace cleanliness and following all health & safety standards;
Participating in a 2-day training and 8-day adaptation period.
Your benefits
Hourly wage (from 01.11.2025):
- 30.50 PLN gross/hour – for students under 26 or residents with certificate;
Performance-based increases:
- 31.50 PLN gross / 25.20 PLN net – 52 pcs/hour
- 32.50 PLN gross / 26.00 PLN net – 62 pcs/hour
- 33.50 PLN gross / 26.80 PLN net – 68 pcs/hour
Bonuses:
- 100 PLN monthly attendance bonus;
- 150 PLN bonus for working on a Polish public holiday;
Additional sales bonus during high season;
Shift schedule:
- 06:00–18:00
- 10:00–22:00
- 18:00–06:00
- 6 days/week, approx. 240–280 hours/month;
- 15-minute paid break per shift;
Accommodation:
- 500 PLN/month (deducted from salary);
- Shared rooms (3–4 people), basic amenities included;
- +400 PLN/month bonus if using your own accommodation;
Transport:
- Free transportation from company housing to the warehouse and back;
Workwear:
- Work clothes provided (100 PLN one-time fee);
- Must bring your own comfortable shoes.
