Production Worker
The role
We are hiring Production Workers for a food manufacturing facility specializing in the production of sausages and meat products. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for stable work with the potential to earn high monthly wages through performance-based tasks. Work is carried out under a Contract of Mandate (Umowa zlecenie) with flexible shift durations and well-maintained workspaces.
What are we looking for
- Candidates ready for physical work in a cool environment (+3°C to +10°C);
- Able to work in day shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours;
- Basic manual skills and attention to detail;
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks;
- Willingness to work with meat products and packaging tasks;
- Able to follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a meat or food production facility;
- Experience with knife work or accord tasks;
- Knowledge of basic production procedures.
Your responsibilities
Producing and cooking sausages and other meat products;
Packaging finished goods into retail packaging and cardboard boxes;
Knife work (accord line) – repetitive workstation tasks similar to the production line;
Meet production quotas to earn performance-based pay;
Follow hygiene standards and maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
Your benefits
Hourly rate:
- 30.50 PLN gross = 23.90 PLN net (standard pay);
- Accord system pay: Average earnings 7,000–8,000 PLN/month (~30–35 PLN/hour);
- Minimum guaranteed pay: 4,500 PLN/month if norms are not met;
Work schedule:
- Day shifts only (8 to 12 hours);
- Breaks: 20-minute lunch + 10-minute break every 2 hours;
- Comfortable work conditions:
- Warehouse at +3°C, production at +10°C;
- Clean, organized production areas;
Accommodation:
- Cost: 600 PLN/month;
- Walking distance to factory (max 900 meters);
Insurance:
- Monthly deduction of 53 PLN for standard insurance;
