Production Assistant
The role
We are hiring Production Assistants for a global leader in the manufacturing of wiring harnesses for cars and motorcycles. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to join a dynamic production environment with long-term employment prospects in Poland. Ideal for both individuals and couples from Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, or India (with B2 level English), this role is open to applicants up to 55 years old. Work is performed under a Contract of Mandate (Umowa zlecenie) with clear, structured schedules and guaranteed support throughout onboarding and accommodation.
What are we looking for
- Age up to 55 years; gender inclusive – both men and women, including couples;
- Nationality: Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, India;
- B2 English level minimum for clear communication;
- Physically fit and able to work at production stations for extended periods;
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working according to schematics;
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and extended hours post-training;
- Must pass a vision test prior to starting work (glasses required if applicable).
Nice to have
- Prior experience in production or assembly lines;
- Basic computer skills for operating simple machines;
- Ability to read and follow technical schematics.
Your responsibilities
- Assemble wiring harnesses on stationary and moving "carousel" workstations following schematic diagrams;
- Operate automatic machines for cutting, winding, and crimping cables;
- Replace cable coils, set machine parameters, perform test cuts, and ensure quality checks;
- Label completed coils and prepare materials for the next production stage;
- Work in various departments based on supervisor assignment and order volume;
- Flexible involvement in different production processes as needed.
Your benefits
Attractive pay:
- 28.10 PLN gross/net for students under 26 years;
- 22.69 PLN net for individuals with PESEL and income under 30,000 PLN in 2024;
- 20.30 PLN net for others (depending on income/PESEL status);
- Monthly bonuses up to 400 PLN gross (starting month 2).
Accommodation support:
- Comfortable shared apartments (2–4 people/room), all with Wi-Fi and essential amenities;
- Accommodation cost: 400 PLN/month;
- +1.30 PLN net/hour extra if using own accommodation.
Transport & uniforms:
- Free public transport to the workplace;
- Free uniforms including shoes, vests, and glasses.
Flexible shifts:
- Choose to work 8, 10, or 12 hours per day;
- Work available across day and night shifts, including 6:30 AM–2:30 PM, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, or 12-hour shifts;
- Approximately 200–260 hours/month possible post-training.
Training and onboarding:
- One-month training (8-hour shifts);
- Additional hours available after training;
Vision test conducted before job start – essential for performing tasks safely and accurately.
