Production and Packer Worker
The role
Join one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of joinery products including windows, doors, mosquito nets, gates, and glass. The factory is located in a scenic region surrounded by forests and rivers, offering a clean, modern, and fully air-conditioned work environment. We are currently looking for Production and Packer Workers to support window production operations. This position is open to men up to 45 years old with good health and physical endurance. Work begins under an official Contract of Mandate (Umowa zlecenie) from day one, with the potential for long-term cooperation and residence support in Poland.
What are we looking for
- Male candidates, up to 45 years old, minimum height 160 cm;
- Good physical condition, manual skills, and vision;
- Strong logical thinking and readiness to work on foot and in shifts;
- B2 level English (spoken);
- Willingness to work physically and in rotating shifts;
- Prior experience in production or warehouse roles is welcome but not required.
Nice to have
- Experience in packing, glass handling, aluminum work, or window assembly;
- Ability to work with transport racks and lifting equipment;
- Previous work in a manufacturing or technical setting.
Your responsibilities
As a Packer:
- Safely protect windows from damage during transport;
- Check the condition of transport racks and report defects;
- Pack finished products on racks per order instructions;
- Ensure proper placement and labeling of all packed goods.
As a Production Assistant:
- Assemble windows as per production line instructions;
- Perform self-quality checks and isolate defective items
- Report material damage and reorder needs;
- Identify and report structural product issues.
- Your department and role will be assigned based on factory needs.
Your benefits
Competitive hourly rates:
- 32.50 PLN gross/hour (~25.23 PLN net);
- 24.23 PLN net (for <30,000 PLN annual income, PIT-2 signed, and under 26);
- 21.67 PLN net (for >30,000 PLN annual income or no PIT-2);
- Bonuses from 50 to 1,500 PLN/month based on productivity and performance;
- 3-shift work schedule: 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–6:00 (8-hour shifts);
- Overtime and weekend work available;
- Accommodation provided at 520 PLN/month (2–5 per room, all amenities included);
- Subsidy for own accommodation: +370 PLN net/month;
- Work clothes provided free of charge;
- Organized transportation to/from factory;
