Junior Production Operator
The role
Join a forward-thinking company delivering technological innovations and electronic device production solutions for global supply chains. As a Junior Production Operator, you will support CNC machining or electronic assembly processes, depending on onboarding needs. The position is ideal for physically fit male candidates from India, who possess B2 level English, and are eager to work in a fast-paced, structured production environment. No prior experience required—just commitment, energy, and adaptability.
What are we looking for
- Male candidates in good physical condition;
- B2 level English (all instructions are in English);
- Comfortable with manual and repetitive tasks in production settings;
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and night hours;
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy components if assigned to assembly.
Nice to have
- Experience in mechanical production, CNC support, or assembly work;
- Familiarity with basic tools, hoists, cranes, or riveters;
- Attention to quality and detail during production and inspection.
Your responsibilities
CNC Assistant – Mechanical Hall:
Slide sheet metal onto the CNC machine (no heavy lifting);
Perform visual quality control of finished components;
Clean and sort production pieces;
Keep the workstation clean and organized.
Assembly Line (if CNC group is full):
Assemble and package cables and electronic components into large cabinets;
Use manual tools, cranes, and hoists;
Lift and transport heavy parts (team coordination for full cabinet movement);
Perform physically demanding tasks efficiently and safely.
Your benefits
Hourly wage:
- 32.00 PLN gross (~25 PLN net) per hour;
Monthly hours:
- 220–240 hours per month possible;
Shift flexibility:
- 1-shift, 2-shift, 3-shift, 12-hour, and weekend-included rotational systems:
- Single Shift: 6:00–14:00 or 8:00–16:00
- Two Shifts: 6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
- Three Shifts: 6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–6:00
- Balanced 12-Hour System: 6:00–18:00 / 18:00–6:00
